MANAGER, TALENT DEVELOPMENT & ENGAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities:

Providing guidance, counsel and support to employees on performance management, training development and training management plans, employee engagement and resolution of employment issues to ensure sustenance of Airtel Rwanda Culture and + 1 organizational performance in the achievement of corporate goals. To serve as a Liaison between employees, management & Human Resources providing information and consultation regarding relevant Human Resources issues, policies, practices and procedures.

Qualifications and Experiences required:

    • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
    • Masters’ in Business or Human Resources Management or a related field preferred would be desirable
    • A professional qualification of CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM would be desirable
    • Professional training knowledge
    • Culture and custom knowledge of working environment
    • Ability to architect and drive change
    • Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service, being self-driven and developing effective relationships throughout the organisation




  • Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills required
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ human resources experience with proven track record of change management and organization effectiveness
