NB : Those who have done Normal primaire have to be specific on the domain they will seat for exam .
The interested candidates should download a job application form available on Public Service Commission website (www.psc.gov.rw). The applicants should submit (hard copies only) their job application form. degree certificates (without Notary signature), a photocopy of National Identity card and the recommendation letter where is needed, not later than 01/03/2019 at 15h00 addressed to the Mayor of Musanze District.
