Job Description

1. Coordinate the development, implementation, monitoring & regular review of sequential strategic plans and the resulting Operational Planning for the institution as well as supporting the formulation or design of individual project
2. Plan for and supervise the implementation of programmes and projects
3. Guide the development of the investment plan and Medium Term Expenditure Framework
4. Advise on the planning, technical inputs, a financial management disbursement, and auditing concerns arising from the implementation of the various project activities;
5. Coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting on TVET matters of the institution
6. Ensure effective communication and consultations with all stakeholders;
7. Monitor and facilitate full compliance of all project components with the implementation, legal, financial and technical requirements of projects in the institution;
8. Steer the mobilisation of e resources and coordination of Development Partners roles in order to fulfill the commitments of the Institution
9. Ensure effective management of operational matters relating to the performance of the unit;
10. Prepare the periodic reports to Principal, Development Partners as required
11. Participate in matters concerning policy development
12. perform any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor

Job Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics,Management, Development Studies, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration with at least 3 years of working experience, or Masters Degree in Economics,Management, Development Studies, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration

– Knowledge in planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, project planning, project proposal writing, project management, research and data analysis, reporting, budgeting

– Interpersonal Skills

– Effective communication skills;

– Computer Skills;

– Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French .
