Job at IPRC Karongi : LOGISTIC OFFICER (Deadline: 24 July 2018)
Check the conformity of items delivered and receive them
Keep the Asset register of the assets and update it regularly.
Report the assets or equipment to be disposed off.
Issuing of good received note to suppliers after proper verification of supplied goods.
Ensure the proper movement of the Institution furniture.
Ensure daily management of logistics order to facilitate the proper functioning of works.
Ensure the codification and record of material
Keep and manage the stock of the Institution
Request the re
– ordering of stock items in time to avoid any shortage in inventory
Record the movements of the stocks on daily basis by filling stock cards
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual report of stocks and Assets
Keep fuel vouchers and release vouchers authorized competent authorities to driver
Verify regularly the vehicle logbook.
Perform any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree in Store Management, Logistics and Chain Management, Finance,
Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Administrative
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
