At least 2 years of experience in providing and promoting high quality general nursing or midwifery care to patients and mothers through safe and effective work practices with the professional code of conduct established on national and international standards. should have A1/Advanced Diploma in General Nursing or Midwifery, with Nursing or Midwifery valid practicing License.

The candidate must ensure the public is informed on institution’s mission, strategic goals and services offered, Build and sustain good relationship between the institution, its patients and entire public through different communication mechanisms , provide general illness awareness to patients , improve nursing and midwifery care delivery, promote , restore patients and mother’s health by completing the nursing and midwifery process, collaborating with physicians and multi disciplinary team; providing physical and psychological support to patients, to mothers, friends and family;

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE , BUT IT IS VERY UNFAIR WHEN THEY ARE TALKING OF EXPERIENCES AND SOMEBODY WOULD ASK HIMSELF;WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN UNIVERSITIES AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATORY BODIES ISSUING DOCUMENTS TO CONFIRM PEOPLE’S COMPETENCIES?

    IF EXPERIENCE IS THE TOP SELECTION CRITERIA,HOW WOULD THOSE NEWLY GRADUATED PROFESSIONALS GET INTO WORKFORCE TEAM ? WHERE WOULD THE EXPERIENCED STAFF COME FROM IF THOSE NEW GRADUATES ARE NOT GIVEN CHANCE TO GET JOBS.
    I REALLY, RAISE MY GREAT CONCERNS OVER THIS JOB ADVERT OF KANOMBE MILLITARY HOSPITAL .THEY SHOULD TAKE AN EXAMPLE TO THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE WHERE THEY RECRUIT NEW SOLDIERS TO BE TRAINED AND REPLACE OR SERVE EQUALLY TO THE OLD OR EXISTING FORCE.
    IT IS ACTUALLY NOT RATIONAL .
