Job Description
– Receive customers and/or correspondences and direct them to concerned personnel within the One Stop Center;
– Provide reference numbers to all files received, s
– documents issued, issues solved and pending ones. tamp all documents signed by the Director of the One Stop Center and keep computerized records thereof;
– Prepare periodical reports regarding land and infrastructure services demand clearly specifying
Job Profile
A2 in any field
Key technical skills and knowledge required:
– Excellent interpersonal skills;
– Knowledge in Hospitality management;
– Public speaking skills;
– Time management skills;
– Organizational skills;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Computer skills;
– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Knowledge of all is an advantage
