A0 in Public Administration or Administrative Sciences, Economics, HR Management, Management, Development Studies, Public Policy , with 3 years of working experience; Or Master or Equivalent in Public Administration or Administrative Sciences, Economics, HR Management, Management, Development Studies, Public Policy with 1 years of working experience
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of results based management, logical framework approach, strategic planning processes and tools;
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Rwanda Public Service Sector;
- Deep knowledge in Human Resources Management policies and procedures
- Creative, proactive, customer focused, solutions led and outcome driven Skills;
- Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills;
- Technical understanding of system being analyzed and how it affects the various business units;
- Good at handling and meeting deadlines;
