Job Description
• Receive , record and suitably forward all incoming mails of the Ministry;
• Work with and for the Ministry to promote customer care;
• Receive the Ministry’s customers with appropriate respect and confidence;
• Give appropriate and relevant information to the Ministry’s customers;
• Answer confidently or find appropriate solutions to customers’ problems;
• Direct and/or help the Ministry’s customers arrive to the place that is appropriate to his Request;
• Give in a timely manner all reports requested by hierarchical authorities in the Ministry;
• Accomplish in timely manner any task assigned by the hierarchical authorities
Job Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public
Relations, Office Administration Management.
Key technical skills & knowledge required:
– Integrity;
– Planning and organisational skills;
– Computer literacy, particularly Word, Excel and Power point;
– Time management skills;
– Interpersonal skills;
– Team working and collaboration skills;
– Dynamic and able to work in conducive and non
– conducive
environment;
– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French; knowledge of all
these three (3) languages is an advantage.
