– Receive and analyze information on Financial services Complaints;
– Handling complaints related to financial services;
– Manage the equipments and materials put at his/her disposal;
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Profile:
A0 in Law, Banking, Accounting or financial Management Knowledge and technical skills required:
– Knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedures;
– Knowledge of investigation and evidence gathering techniques;
– Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Rwandan Finance System;
– Knowledge to analyse complex financial information & Produce reports;
– Deep understanding of financial accounts;
– Knowledge of court processes and procedures;
– Negotiations Skills;
– Stress management skills;
– Networking skills and result
– oriented;
– Report writing and presentation skills;
– Analytical and problem solving;
– Team working skills;
– Computer skills;
– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and French. knowledge of all is an advantage.
