1. Management of Store: ? – Verification and Reception of office supplies and office equipment
– Data entry of office supplies and office equipment
– Distribute requested office supplies and office equipment
– Make a monthly quarter, semester and annual physical inventory and provide the related report
A1 in Store Management, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences.
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
– Knowledge of Management of Material Resources;-Knowledge of supply chain management;- Organizational Skills;- Computer Skills;- Communication Skills;-Report writing & Presentation Skills;- Analytical Skills;- Interpersonal Skills;- Time management Skills;- Negotiation Skills;- Team working Skills- Problem Solving Skills;- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
