Job Description

1. Identify loopholes and areas that require in-depth research: – Carry out surveys and polls to identify key research problems
– Prepare and submit research proposals
– Carry out customer satisfaction surveys

2. Carry out research activities and produce reports of findings: – Prepare research questionnaires and other data collection tools
