Job Description

. Plans and coordinates activities in the Unit of Finance
. Coordinates the elaboration of the development and annual budgets for the institute;
. Ensures coherent and serious management of finances, accounting procedures and facilities of RMI
. Supervises accountant in the elaboration of financial statements and other periodical reports.
. In collaboration with relevant experts elaborates the master plan for the development of RMI infrastructure;
. Undertakes all other responsibilities as given by the Chief budget manager;
. Participates in recruitment process;
. Maintain Organizational and space planning;
. Supervise employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
. Supervise compensation and benefits administration;
. Supervise employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
. Supervise employee services and counseling . Any other duties assinesd by the superior in line with the job

Job Profile

Accounting Professional Qualification recognised by IFAC (ACCA, CPA) with 1 year of working experience or Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting, Management specialized in Finance/Accounting with 3 years of working experience or Master’s in Public Finance, Accounting , Management specialising in Accounting/Finance with 1 year of working experience
