Job Description

– Identify needed assets regularly;

– Maintain adequate quality of physical facilities to enable the organization run smoothly;

– Contribute in procurement process for needed assets;

– Provide technical specification for tenders relating estates;

– Receive the purchased assets and distribute accordingly;

– Record and tag the purchased assets;

– Organize annual inventory of RSB assets and submit the report;

– Maintain asset register for all physical facilities and update it regularly;

– Check and follow up bills for water and electricity;

– Space management, allocation, inventory and assess/forecasting space needs;

– Landscaping leaning services;

– Ensure constant maintenance of generator;

– Ensure the provision of maintenance services of RSB equipment and premises

– Ensure the provision of cleaning and sanitation services;

– Ensure the provision of security services to RSB offices.

Job Profile

A1 in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or A0 in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical
engineering

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

 

– Knowledge of Management of Material Resources;

– Knowledge of supply chain management;

– Organizational Skills;

– Computer Skills;

– Communication Skills;

– Report writing & Presentation Skills;

– Analytical Skills;

– Interpersonal Skills;

– Time management Skills;

– Negotiation Skills;

– Team working Skills

– Problem Solving Skills;

– Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
