Key Accountabilities



-Develop UAT scripts for new products & services on unified USSD & mobile Apps, and Unified Agent Web.

-Coordinate UAT exercises with teams from other units in the bank; consolidate and synthesize results in a timely manner

-Collect, document and analyse feedback throughout the Pilot phase for new products emerging from IKOFI squad

-Support comprehensive documentation of; e.g. Process & Accounting Documents and product Risk assessments for the unified experiences for both Customer and Agents

-Support in reviewing Terms & Conditions of new mobile solutions

-Support in reviewing agreements e.g. Agents, merchants’ agreements etc.

-Collaborate with commercial squad for all IKOFI Go-to-Market activities

-Support in Training internal teams on the new solutions

-Closely monitor each product’s lifecycle and customer trends

-Track IKOFI products’ KPIs in collaboration with the commercial Squad

-Gain familiarity of the mFino back-office portal to ensure knowledge transfer from the vendor

-Support in the preparation work and analysis for the migration to T24

-Gather new requirements/analysis for new product enhancements

-Support PO in developing comprehensive business case projections ahead of each product launch

-Furthermore, the BA will support the PO for the AGRA Grant project such as in;

Quarterly Reporting i.e. financial report, indicator performance tracker etc.
Development of Agro-loans and stock-loan prototypes for piloting with agro-dealers and farmers
Attend workshops /training with AGRA where needed





Minimum three (3) years’ experience as Business Analyst and Sales and Marketing;




Bachelor’s Degree in Finance /Accounting or any related field from a recognized Institution.
Banking/Fintech background is an added advantage
Completion of any CDM/DFI courses is added advantage





Strong analytical skills
Self-led and motivated with limited guidance
Exceptional networking skills
Outstanding ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda, both written and spoken (French is an added advantage)
