Tulsa, Oklahoma, POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing and Analytics intern will assist with ticket and annual fund communications in an effort to drive revenue and assist in social media efforts for sport specific accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: create emails, both design and copy, that are sent to the Athletics database(s) regarding ticket and annual fund initiatives, events, incentives, ticket promotions, and more; create graphics, to use in emails campaigns; pull and segment lists used for all communications; develop and manage lead generation campaigns via email marketing, digital marketing and the Salesforce platforms; evaluate communications strategy using open rates, click-through-rates, came from codes, impressions, page views, and other analytics; assist in efforts to drive the sale of season tickets, corporate ticket packages, partial plans, group tickets and single-game tickets; work home games and perform various duties throughout the game. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sports administration or related field. At least one year of athletic marketing experience in collegiate athletics and/or professional athletics required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively. Possess a strong working knowledge of social media, Photoshop and desktop publishing skills.
