Trade and Marketing Analyst (Food & Beverage Merchandising) at Glovo
We are looking for a Trade and Marketing Analyst who can help us to drive growth in our food and drinks categories, finding high impact and innovative ways to capture consumer attention. This new hire will utilise the full marketing mix to drive revenue and profit.


The successful candidate must be a self-starter, results-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. A proven track record in driving drinks sales through retail or eCommerce platforms is essential.


You Will:



  • Leverage your experience in food and beverage marketing and your ability to analyse data to maximize volume and revenue in this category.
  • Design ambitious co-marketing campaigns with specific partners as well as across categories, working closely with the content, marketing and account management teams.
  • Activate local and national initiatives and promotions to optimise brand performance and drive sales in food, beverage and groceries.
  • Be responsible for category performance analysis. Identify and track KPIs and ensure transparent and actionable analysis of all campaigns to ensure the most effective use of marketing and promotion budget.
  • Work with selected partners on stock management to ensure sufficient stock is available for promotions.
  • Responsible for product dark stores and ensuring optimal stock for selected promotions. Coordinate the launch of new Dark stores.





  • Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or trade marketing in the beverage sector, preferably with experience in eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of beverage consumers and how to target them. Ability to transfer this understanding to the food sector.
  • Ability to think big and take measured risks based on rigorous analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to carry multiple internal and external stakeholders along with your plans
  • Perfect written and spoken communication skills
