- 17Strong and confident communication skills, particularly in high level discussions as well as strong relationship building and management skills

- 18Demonstrable ability to find solutions to complex challenges.

- 19Demonstrable knowledge and experience in staff training and capacity building in the field of public financial management and revenue collection
