Logistics Officer at NATIONAL COMMISION FOR DEMOBILISATIO AND REINTEGRATION (NCDR) (Deadline:12 November 2021)
Job description
– Answerable to Director of Administration and Finance;
– Ensure proper receipt, custody and keep an update record of stock items;
– Ensure authorized delivery of supplies;
– Submit monthly and annual stack movement reports;
– Ensure quarterly stock inventory is carried out;
– Responsible for transport arrangements for RDRC staff;
– Follow up of RDRC vehicles insurance,
– Responsible for issuing of fuel to RDRC vehicles;
– Follow up of declarations of accidents (if any) of RDRC vehicles;
– Responsible for filling bin cards and proper keeping of records;
– Give periodic reports to his/her supervisor;
– Providing professional support and overseeing the overall logistic processes;
– Responsible for the planning, oversight, management and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure smooth accomplishment of projects;
– Perform any other official duties assigned by the supervisor;
