The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali is recruiting for Mail Room Clerk position. The position is open to All Interested Candidates/All Sources and available to start immediately.
Duties: The Mailroom Clerk receives, dispatches, sorts, and distributes mail from multiple sources. These include but are not limited to local and international mail, diplomatic pouch material, and commercial courier services. The position holder spends a large percentage of the time serving customers at the U.S. Embassy in Kigali’s mailroom service window. The position holder is supervised by the Mailroom Supervisor.
