Nutrition Intern

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2021-2025 seek to reach 2 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision Rwanda seeks to hire a qualified, dedicated, and passionate Rwandan national for the role of Nutrition Intern (Professional), based in the Rutsiro district joining an established and experienced team. This stimulating internship role incorporates a range of skills and development in multiple areas, allowing for an exciting opportunity for career growth in a dynamic, global organization

Purpose of the internship:

The role of the Intern is to provide technical support to Rutsiro district nutrition projects under Tunga Cluster management with acceptable standards done effectively and efficiently.

The intern will also represent World Vision Rwanda in relevant DPEM meetings and maintain key relationships and partnerships with other local and international NGOs/partners in the district

The candidate is expected to exhibit and communicate World Vision’s Values and Christian ethos and demonstrate a spiritual life that stands above any denominational beliefs.

Physical Requirements:

The person will be required to work and report at the Rwanda World Vision Rwanda Based in Tunga Cluster in Rutsiro district.
