People’s Republic of China – Government of Rwanda scholarships 2020-2021: (Deadline 19 June 2020)
The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that through the Bilateral Cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and the People’s Republic of China, the North China Electrical Power University (NCEPU) has offered to the Government of Rwanda thirteen (13) full scholarships in Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields at Masters and PhD levels for the academic year 2020-2021.
Interested candidates should submit the following application documents:
- Application letter addressed to the Executive Director of HEC;
- A filled International Student Application Form available at: http://apply.ncepu.edu.cn
- A copy of Passport or ID ;
- Curriculum Vitae ;
- Certified copies of degree/certificate and transcripts ;
- One (1) recent passport size photo.
Please note:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent with a good pass for the Masters level or good pass Masters Degree for PhD level;
- Application documents should be in either English or Chinese;
- Candidates are required to submit a study plan;
- Applications for these scholarships including all scanned copies are done online through: http://apply.ncepu.edu.cn before 19/06/2020;
- Scanned copies of the required documents (see above) should be submitted (as pdf attachment in a zipped folder) to scholarship@hec.gov.rw, not later than 19/6/2020.
