Job description: Produce video communication material for the AFTER Project and its partners
Rwanda Polytechnics has signed a financial agreement with the French Development Agency (AFD), for the implementation of a pilot project in the district of Rulindo. Expertise France, the French Agency for international technical expertise, has been asked to support the implementation of the project during the first 3 years.
Within this framework, Expertise France wishes to hire a qualified and experienced firm that can produce different project and partners’ short videos and documentaries that capture key results, successes, best practices and lessons learned from AFTER project interventions as well as produce and enhance partners’ branding information.
Depending on Expertise France’s needs and partner’s request, each video to be produced will have its own specifications of the messages and images to be communicated. At this stage, it is estimated that the Project will produce two videos of the project’s interventions and results that can last from 2 to 5 minutes, as well as 3 to 5 videos requested by key partners of the project, also not exceeding 5 minutes. A specific purchase order will be issued for each video to be produced within the general frame of a service framework contract signed between Expertise France and the selected firm.
The indicative amount of videos to be produced (5 min. max each) for this assignment is 7. The scope of work is, for each video to be produced, includes:

Notes: Application documents should contain:
- Company profile with CVs of professionals to be involved in the documentary development
- A letter of interest (1 page)
- A brief technical proposal (maximum of 3 pages focusing on objectives, methods and approach and financial Proposal)
- Samples and copies of similar videos already produced for other (international cooperation) projects.
- A financial proposal, detailing the price and specifications of each type of video to be produced, based on the time of the video (2, 3 or 5 minutes).
