Provision of Cleaning and Maintenance Services for ICPAR Offices: (Deadline 20 January 2021)

- The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR), (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
- ICPAR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Provision of Cleaning and Maintenance Services for ICPAR Offices as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
- Tender Document in English may be found on ICPAR web site: www.icparwanda.com
- Interested bidders for the competition will pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (FRW 10,000) to Account N° 00040-00335616-29 opened at Bank of Kigali.
- Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Acting Director of Strategy and Institutional Sustainability of ICPAR at Kamutwa, Kacyiru.
- .Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the ICPAR reception at the address mentioned above Not later than 29th January 2021 at 10:00 am (local time) Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- .Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at ICPAR Offices on the same date at 10: 30 am (local time)
- .The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
- .Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ICPAR procurement policies that should be found on ICPAR web site: www.icparwanda.com.
