Provision of Telecom Services at Voluntary Service Overseas: (Deadline 10 March 2021)
VSO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
VSO is a global volunteer organization whose mission has been to bring people together to fight poverty through the lasting power of volunteering.
We will be running a tender process with the intention of awarding a contract for the provision of telecom services (Internet service, monthly airtimes load & Closed user group CUG) and are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced/qualified organizations. This tender will be divided into two lots: Lot 1: Internet services at VSO Kigali Country Office and at 4 Sub Offices up-country; and Lot 2: Airtime and CUG. Suppliers may bid for one or both lots.
VSO’s requirements:
- Must be an established, reputable, experienced, and registered telephone, mobile service provider
- Cost-effective offer
- Large network coverage (Ensure connectivity across the whole country)
- Post-paid bill payment
Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO, by March 26th, 2021 at 5 pm and must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the title expression of interest for provision of telecom services at VSOR head office located in Kimihurura, street No 625, House No 12 Imihigo village. The EOI must include a contact name, company name, company address, phone, and email address.
Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period.
Anticipated contract/ agreement start date: May 1st, 2021
Contract period: this will be a two-year contract with the possibility of extension for a further duration of two years.
VSO reserves the right not to award a contract/agreement
