Applications are open for Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2021. The Image Quest 2021 is the sixth edition bringing together the amazing work of photographers and content creators from around the world. Submissions for the contest will take place from March 01 to July 31, 2021 and can be entered on redbullillume.com
A judging panel of 50 photo editors and digital experts will select the Finalists, Category Winners and 1 Overall Winner, to be unveiled at the Winner Award Ceremony in November 2021. In 2022, all finalist images will be presented around the globe providing an unprecedented level of exposure.
General Rules
- Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2021 is “open submission”.
- There is no entry fee.
- The term “images” refers to photos and moving images.
- The term “creator” refers to photographers and videographers.
- The submission phase for all categories takes place between March 1, 2021, and July 31, 2021, midnight CET. Images must be submitted during this period.
- Images must have been taken after July 31, 2019.
- Photos can be submitted in two ways:
- Into all categories (excluding the “Photo Story” category) on redbullillume.com
- Into the “Best of Instagram by Lenovo” category on Instagram via Instagram Feed post
- Moving images can be submitted in two ways:
- As a slideshow (photos strung together in video format ) into the “Photo Story” category on redbullillume.com
- Videos up to 60 seconds into the “Best of Instagram by Lenovo” category on Instagram via Instagram Feed Post
- Images shot digitally or on film will be accepted. All film prints and transparencies must be drum scanned at high resolution and delivered digitally. No prints will be accepted.
Prizes
Overall and category winners of Red Bull Illume Image Quest will receive a selection of outstanding prizes from reputable brands with a total value of around € 100.000.
