Offerors responding to this RFQ must include the following as part of the quotation submission:

  • Disclose any close, familial, or financial relationships with SNV or project staff. For example, if an offeror’s cousin is employed by the project, the offeror must state this.
  • Disclose any family or financial relationship with other offerors submitting quotations. For example, if the offeror’s father owns a company that is submitting another quotation, the offeror must state this.
  • Certify that the prices in the offer have been arrived at independently, without any consultation, communication, or agreement with any other offeror or competitor for the purpose of restricting competition.
  • Certify that all information in the quotation and all supporting documentation are authentic and accurate.
  • Certify understanding and agreement to SNV’ prohibitions against fraud, bribery, and kickbacks.

Section 1: Company Description

Section 2: Motorbikes Plates

All 6 Motorbikes are RMC/INGENZI 150CC, Model Year=2018 with the following Plate numbers:

  1. RE 065L
  2. RE063L
  3. RE067L
  4. RE069L
  5. RE066L
  6. RE068L

Section 3: Description

The Motorbikes will be sold on an “as where is “basis. The motorbikes will be available for inspection at SNV Rwanda office on Normal working days from February 8, 2021 to February 16, 2021 from 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM during working days on the following address:

Tenders should be submitted to procurement email: rwanda@procurement.org with subject “PURCHASE OF MOTORBIKES (RMC INGENZI 150CC)” the application must be submitted not later than February 20, 2021 23:59 PM the bids will be opened one week after submission date. Terms and conditions of sale of SNV Rwanda eligible parties shall bid according to the following conditions:

The successful bidders shall have to remit/pay 30% non-reimbursable of the accepted bid amount immediately on acceptance of the bid by SNV Rwanda through the account # 00040-0000417840 opened at “Bank of Kigali”.

The remaining 70% shall be paid within 3 days of acceptance of the bid by SNV Rwanda. Failing to pay 70% of the remaining amount after 3 days, you will lose also 30% paid as guarantee.

Any tax, in respect of the Motorbikes, shall be payable by the successful bidder and SNV will not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect. This is a pre-requisite condition to affect the transfer of ownership.

The motorbikes and related documents will be delivered to the successful bidder after payment of the total amount. The motorbikes should be removed within 2 days from the date of notification.

The auctioned motorbikes shall be allowed to be taken only after full payment and after presentation of the payment statement to SNV Finance and Operations office.

SNV shall cancel this tender at any time.

Tenders received after the specified time and date will not be considered and shall be returned unopened.

Section 4: Offer Deadline

The offerors must fully meet all the  requirements of this Tender and are requested to submit their quotations no later than February 20, 2021 at 17h  Kigali local time via procurement email rwandaprocurement@snv.org
