Our Vision: “By 2030, Rwanda’s most successful person will be a young social entrepreneur.”
Our Mission: AOG is achieving that vision through establishing district-based innovation hubs that provide young people with social entrepreneurship skills training, coworking spaces, consultancy, connections and investment services. As of today, hubs exist in Gasabo and Bugesera districts.
Roles and Responsibilities: coordinating efforts to deliver AOG mission and vision.
Preferred Experience, traits and qualifications:
- Degree in business related or other relevant fields
- Stable and self-driven
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Current or former trainer / teacher of (social) entrepreneurship
- Worked with an entrepreneur support organization in Rwanda
- Interested in new digital technologies such as e-learning (LMS)
- Experience in finding and supporting investable startups / small businesses
- Experience in managing one or all of the following: coworking spaces, business training, business consultancy, investment and hospitality business (i.e., restaurant).
