Call for Supplier Film Editing Equipment
CinéFEMMES Rwanda, through the Ubufatanye Program funded by the European Union invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of film editing equipment capable of handling 4K video footage.
About the Program
The Ubufatanye Program is an initiative implemented by CinéFEMMES Rwanda that empowers young people, particularly persons with disabilities, through professional training and practical experience in filmmaking and storytelling, promoting inclusion within the creative industry.
Scope of Supply
The selected supplier will provide editing equipment suitable for professional post-production of 4K video content, including but not limited to:
- High-performance editing computers/workstations capable of processing 4K footage
- Professional video editing monitors (color accurate)
- High-capacity external storage devices (SSD/HDD)
- Memory cards or card readers compatible with cinema cameras
- Necessary accessories required for an efficient editing workflow
Eligibility Criteria
Interested suppliers must:
- Be legally registered to operate in Rwanda
- Provides EBM ( Paying VAT)
- Provide warranty and after-sales support for supplied equipment
- Ensure that all equipment meets professional editing standards
Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers should submit:
- Company profile
- Technical specifications of proposed equipment
- Financial quotation
- Warranty and delivery timeline
Submission Deadline: 23rd February 2026
