TENDER NOTICE
African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential bidders to supply ECDs materials to AEE-Rwanda in Gatsibo, Kayonza, Gasabo and Nyarugenge districts.
The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 Rwf on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 Rwf / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than February 15, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:20 am.
- Bids must include:
- Prices including VAT,
- RDB certificate,
- VAT certificate,
- Tax Clearance,
- EBM
- 3 certificates of good completion
- Payment slip of non refundable 10,000 Rwf
