- The Rwamagana Banana Wine CPC Company ltd, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by National Industrial Research and Development Agency (NIRDA) towards the cost of Supply of Materials and related services. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under framework contracts for which this Bidding Document is issued.
- The Rwamagana Banana Wine CPC Company ltd invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the following lots.
Lot:1Supply of Bananas and Sorghum, Lot:2 Supply of Sugar,Lot:3 Supply of Honey, Lot:4 Supply of Production Yeast ,Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Alcohol, Sweetener and Natamytcin, Lot:5 Supply of Wine Seals, Lot :6 Supply Muslins , Lot: 7 provision of spare parts, Lot:8 Supply of labels/stickers, Lot.9 provision of transport services, Lot:10 provision of plumbing materials, Lot:11 provision of Laboratory equipment/ Materials, Lot12:Provision of Office items and Lot 13: Supply of Cleaning Materials as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
- Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Rwamagana industrial zone in Mwurire Sector, Rwamagana district where the procuring entity operates upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs Only (5,000frw) to Account N°4011200762827 opened at Equity Bank.
- Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day at Rwamagana Banana wine CPC Company Ltd offices Room 004 from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Rwamagana Industrial Zone in Mwurire sector, Rwamagana district

- Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in ONE ORIGINAL COPY must reach in office of procurement and logistic officer at the address mentioned above not later than 9th /10/2024 at 10am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Board room on exactly at 10.30am
- The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
