KAMONYI District Issues a Tender Notice for supply of Office Stationeries

1. Participation in competition is open on equal terms to cooperatives, companies, associations, individuals, companies, whose field of activity corresponds to the services requested. Tender Documents may be obtained from the E-procurement system through:umucyo.gov.rw and a payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10.000 Rwf) to Account N°000400-0636209-19 of RRA Decentralized taxes / Kamonyi District opened at bank of Kigali(B.K) is required.
2. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 600,000 Rwf issued by a Bank or An insurance company.
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the E-procurement system through www.umucyo.gov.rw
4. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 10/08/2020 at 10:00 a.m local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:10 a.m, local time.
5. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
