The submission of bids will be done through WVR e-procurement system. All interested bidders must submit the request of tender document starting 31/07/2020. Accompanied by a scanned prepaid bank slip amounting to 10,000 Rwf, deposited to the account # 0010083813839701 labelled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK” : to the email jean_shyirambere@wvi.org or vincent_gashongore@wvi.org
The deadline to request for bids is 12/08/2020 at 11:00 am. An e-mail will be sent to the bidders to access the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) and submit their bids on 17/08/2020 at 11:00 am. The opening will be done electrically and bidders will be communicated the opening results after.
