TITLE OF TENDER: Framework agreement for maintenance, repair and supply of spare part of medical equipment for Byumba District Hospital. RE-ADVERTISED

FINANCING: Ordinary budget of Byumba District Hospital

“The Byumba Hospital hereby invites the companies eligible, qualified and specialized in that field to submit their offers for maintenance, repair of medical equipment and supply of their spare parts as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. The contract will be a framework agreement for one year. The tender is comprise of 3 lots re-advertised as are detailed in Tender document. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000frws) paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank.

Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director General of Byumba District Hospital through the e-procurement system for Rwanda umucyo.gov.rw. The language of bids is English

The site visit will be conducted by the Biomedical Technician on the date of 14^th August 2020 at Byumba District Hospital headquarter at 10:00 am local time.

All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 28/08/2020 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system.

Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 10:30 am, local time.
