 CLIENT: RWANDA BIOMEDICAL CENTER/MEDICAL PROCUREMENT AND PRODUCTION DIVISION (RBC/MPPD)

 The Rwanda Biomedical Centre hereby invites bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for Purchase Personal Protection Equipments  (RE-ADVERTIZED).

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

The tender document shall be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank.

All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 24 August 2020 at 14h00 local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 14h15 local time, [GMT + 2].

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

 The amount of the Bid Security shall be lot by lot according to the e-procurement instruction;

 All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the e-procurement system within three sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
