Request for Quotation To Design, Manufacture, Transport, and fix the Farmer Field School (FFS) Signposts for Sustainable Growers Rwanda beneficiaries in 6 Districts of Rwanda: (Deadline 22 March 2021)
Sustainable Growers Rwanda (SGR) is a local NGO having the goal of improving the livelihoods of low-income women farmers and their families through collective training that creates the basis for more transparent trade, improved quality, and higher prices in the coffee sector aligned with NST1 goals.
Therefore, Sustainable Growers Rwanda is looking for potential companies for the below service:
To design, manufacture, transport, and fix the Farmer Field School (FFS) Signposts for Sustainable Growers Rwanda beneficiaries in 6 Districts of Rwanda.
Interested companies must provide the following documents before being given the detailed information on this Request for Quotation:
- Have 5 years experience of similar related services
- Provide 3 recommendation letters of similar related services
- Photos of similar works done by the firm previously
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation
- Original or notarized copy of the Rwanda Social Security Board certificate
- Tax clearance certificate issued by RRA
- A confirmation that the bidder has an Electronic Billing Machine [EBM]
- Original or notarized copy of the Non-bankruptcy certificate from RDB
- Produce final sample to be delivered
The Proposal submission deadline is 22nd March 2021 at 4 PM local time. Late proposals will be rejected
