African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) implementing HBCC is looking for potential bidders to supply 140 Megaphones. Specifications and bill of quantities of needed materials are given in tender document;
Megaphones will be supplied AEE Rwanda Head Office. The supplier will incur loading, offloading and all the transport costs to the above-mentioned destination. Tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040 00047325 22/AEE V/C Personnel in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (1 photocopie and one original) should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office in Gishushu, Gasabo District, not later than March 22, 2021 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:30 am.
Bids must include: Item name, unit & total cost including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies, and Payment slip of 10,000RWF non-refundable.
