REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOTICE
Sustainable Growers Rwanda (SGR) is a local NGO having the goal of improving the livelihoods of low-income women farmers and their families through collective trainings that create the basis for more transparent trade, improved quality, and higher prices in the coffee sector aligned with NST1 goals.
Therefore, Sustainable Growers Rwanda is looking for potential companies to provide the services below:
Supply of Temeda Mulching grasses for Sustainable Growers Rwanda beneficiaries in 6 Districts of Rwanda
Supply of Lime (Calcite) 18,500kg and 4,450kg of mineral fertilize
To Provide Personnel Protection Equipment (Gloves, Overall, Boots, Helmets, Facemask, Goggles)
Interested companies must provide the following documents before being given the detailed information on this Request for Quotation:
- Have 5 years’ experience of similar related services
- Provide 3 recommendation letters of similar related services
- Photos of similar works done by the firm previously
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation
- Original or notarized copy of the Rwanda Social Security Board certificate
- Tax clearance certificate issued by RRA
- A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine [EBM]
- Original or notarized copy of the Non-bankruptcy certificate from RDB
- Produce final sample to be delivered
The Proposals submission deadline is 22nd March 2021 at 10:00AM local time. Late proposals will be rejected
