The Tender Issuing date: 29th January 2021 and the proposal sealed Envelope should be delivered at Ecobank Tender box located at Head office not later than 15th February 2021 before 12pm, The bids successfully submitted will be opened on the same day at 3 :00 PM local time at Ecobank Rwanda Plc Head office Ecobank meeting room in the presence of bidders or their representatives only when there is no lock down otherwise will be no public opening.
