SUPPLY  OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ELECTRICITY MATERIALS PLUMBING MATERIALS  AIR CONDITION AND FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES: Deadline: 28 August 2020

The Kacyiru Hospital is inviting eligible and qualified bidders specialized in that field to submit their offers for the  SUPPLY  OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ELECTRICITY MATERIALS PLUMBING MATERIALS  AIR CONDITION AND FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES  FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH POSSIBILITY OF RENEWAL

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
•    This tender is comprised of 5 Lots.
•    Bid Document in English may be obtained from E- Procurement system of Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of Five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Frw) on the account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at different commercial banks. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above on 28/08/2020 at 09:00 Am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 09:01 Am, local time.
•    All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than Seven (7) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.

The language of bids is French or English and its validity must be 120 days from the
date  of opening;
