In the framework of implementing the project entitled: “Strengthening Community Based Climate change Adaptation of smallholder farmers in Bugesera District Project funded by UNDP trough RGB to APEFA;
The Action for Environment Protection and Agriculture Sectors Promotion (APEFA) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued;
Therefore, the Action for Environment Protection and Agriculture Sectors Promotion invites eligible bidders /companies and individuals to submit bids for
Tender Document will be obtained through E-mail for submission of Bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand (10,000 Frw) Rwandan francs to APEFA Bank Account no. 00010-01331001869-26/RWF Located in COGEBANK.
- Bids will be submitted online using the email: apefarwanda@gmail.com. Not later than 05/04/2021 at 3:00 PM local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 4:30 PM local time.
- All interested bidders may obtain some supplementary information by writing using the email mentioned above not later than seven (7) days before the fixed deadline of bids submission.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with APEFA internal procurement procedures
