Title of the tender: Supply of Maintenance Materials and consumables for IPRC HUYE 2020-2021.The integrated polytechnic regional college huye invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Maintenance Materials and consumables for IPRC HUYE 2020-2021as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000RWF) to the Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
2. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system above before 16/04/2021 at 9:30 AM. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 9:30AM, local time.
3. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
4. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from a Bank or any recognised financial institution AS PER E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM. The amount of the Bid Security is AS -Per E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.
5. The interest bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
