FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. FXB Rwanda in partnership with Boston College is implementing an evidence-based ECD program across the three district of Rwanda targeting Ubudehe one households with children aged between 0 to 36 months.
With special emergency grant financial support from LEGO Foundation, FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid document for supplying the Personal Protective Equipment as descripted below:

The bidder shall submit:
- Bid submission letter addressed to FXB Rwanda Executive Director
- Price schedule/quotations detailing prices that include and without VAT
- Copy of the incorporation certificate;
- Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
- Valid copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)
Note:
- The company must have the accreditation of Rwanda Foods And Drugs Authority to manufacture Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)
- The bidder must apply on only one LOT
- The selection will be conducted under a Quality Cost Based Selection and in accordance with FXB Rwanda’s procurement procedures
- The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Nyagacaca Village, located at 500m from the main road on the way heading to Gihara, not later than Friday, 11th September 2020 at 11:00 AM
- FXB Rwanda will provide more specifications (Colors and the Size) to the winner who will be required to provide the sample before getting the purchase order.
- The requested materials will be delivered at the FXB Ruyenzi office within 30 calendar days.
