Brief overview
COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.
For providing good services to its customers, COPEDU PLC wishes to invite all specialized companies in partitioning and furniture supplying to submit their offers for the aforementioned offer.
The tender document may be obtained every working day during working hours at COPEDU PLC Headquarters located in KICUKIRO, on the KICUKIRO – RWANDEX main road, after the presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan francs only (5 000 RWF) deposited on the account no 1008020086180 opened in COPEDU PLC.
In order to be able to make properly the offers, all bidding companies shall visit the site of the works and obtain for themselves all information that may be necessary for completing their tenders. No tenderer shall be excused for lack of such information. A compulsory site visit will be done on Friday 19th, 2021 from 10h00 to 11h00 a.m.
Well printed offer, correctly bound and presented in four copies (one of them must be original) must reach the Central Secretariat of COPEDU PLC, not later than Monday, February 22nd, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Late offers will be rejected.
The out envelope must clearly indicate the following tender title: “PARTITIONING AND FURNITURE SUPPLYING FOR COPEDU PLC ‘S BRANCHES”.
Bids will be opened Tuesday, February 23rd,2021 at 8:00 a.m in the COPEDU PLC’s meeting room and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives.
