- The National Commission for UNESCO of the applicant’s country should send the letter of endorsement and copies of all the required

- After getting a receipt from the National Commission, apply online on the link given below.
- Fill in the online application form in English.
- Use capital letters only to fill in the information.

- Valid Passport.
- Copy of applicant’s photograph.
- Official copy of degree transcript (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD).
- English Language proficiency certificate if mother tongue is not English.
- 2 letters of recommendation from someone well aware of the applicant’s work and educational qualifications.
