Under HKMA Talent Program, the apprenticeship is a 6-month work experience where successful undergraduates will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in the banking industry.

The apprentice will receive real-world work experience and add value to their teams during their time at Citi.

Assignments focus on attaining basic knowledge of banking and in the digital sales & marketing area.

Responsibilities: Digital Content Creation Strategically and creatively produce content to convey engaging stories for the brand, campaigns and products across Citi Hong Kong digital platforms; unmind opportunities to drive digital acquisition, cross-selling and customer engagement Collaborate with marketing teams and business teams to help develop content and contribute ideas Create, execute and edit copy and videos captivate a social-driven audience and accomplish campaigns objectives Create title animation/motion graphics content, assets, and layouts as needed Leverage latest Martech and Adtech to derive consumer insights and create engagingcontent that resonate with targeted customers Develop best practice to enhance content performance Promote content via various digital channels Coordinate content creation with media, influencers, and other content creators; assist in live events content publishing Work with agencies to implement and execution of plans and content publishing Deep-dive digital performance statistics including web traffics, SEO and SEM and to refine strategy Digital Banking Solutions for tomorrow Input on insight for proposition and implementation on the marketing communications level Support Marketing team the end to end process for the campaign development and implementation, including social content production to support the launch Qualification: 2020 Bachelor Degree Graduates from any local university in any discipline are welcomed Strong analytical and problem solving skills A creative thinker with true passionate about mobile, apps and disruptive technology, and understanding of local culture and consumer behaviors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in working with technical and business teams Flexible, ability to work under pressure and detail-minded Copy / editorial writing and video editing skill a plus Language Proficiency: English (excellent in written/typing/verbal/reading) Cantonese (excellent in written/typing/verbal/reading) Grade : Time Type : Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
