The role is primarily responsible for client reporting and development of marketing materials.
The successful candidate will need to have the confidence to build strong and effective working relationships with senior members of the business from day one and will work closely with, and provide support to, the marketing and sales teams in London and Stockholm.

Key responsibilities and requirements: Client Reporting Overseeing, leading and assisting in all marketing materials including (i) AIF and UCITS materials and their distribution (newsletters and monthly reports); (ii) bi-monthly Fund Update; (iii) bi-monthly Risk Reports; (iv) a standard DDQ across all relevant UCITS funds; (v) maintenance of the ICAV distribution list; Oversee material Compliance requirements; Regular review and maintenance of consultant databases; Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with the senior management team and external prospects through co-ordination and delivery of bespoke, detailed, high quality marketing materials Work with the senior management team to provide follow-up information to both clients and prospects after meetings Highly Focus on client’s reporting, presentation and any other ad hoc documents together with the material produced from the firms Fund’s and FoF’s Client / Fund Reporting: Effective use of desk top publishing applications to produce materials primarily in PowerPoint, but also Word and Excel Create and maintain generic content for the PowerPoint library Gain an in depth understanding and working knowledge of the Firm’s proprietary system to gather information for materials Occasional requirement for image editing tools to be used for screen and printed materials Ensure sufficient familiarity with the firms existing products and operational capabilities and assist with the delivery of external communication Review and verify performance data for material Maintain working spreadsheets for non-automated information Assist with printing and binding requirements and dispatch of materials Work on ad-hoc projects and requests as and when required Marketing / Sales Support Coordinate and update marketing activity Create and monitor follow up activities Update and maintain the ICAV pipeline Work with Sales team to coordinate roadshows Coordinate roadshows with managers (logistics, agendas, invites) The firms calendar to be up to date with conferences and different roadshows European Mapping: to identify the key targets in each region and map the difference regions to try to get deeper in each of them Assist with presentation production and update Key Skills: A self-starter who has a ‘can-do’ attitude, can quickly analyse internal and external requirements and focus on managing often challenging delivery expectations A strong effective communicator who is able to develop and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, the senior management team and internal teams Effective relationship building and influencing skills A proactive and flexible team player with effective interpersonal skills An independent thinker with a high level of integrity Excellent organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise effectively The ability to remain level-headed when managing multiple tasks to often tight deadlines Superior attention to detail Strong analytical and numeracy skills Effective writing skills Lateral thinker with an ability to continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution Strong administrative and financial background Extensive experience in a process driven environment Working knowledge and experience of the investment industry preferably with an understanding of fund of hedge funds and Alternative UCITS investments Proficiency in Microsoft office programs with PowerPoint (advanced), Word (intermediate), Excel (intermediate) and Outlook as a pre-requisite, plus an aptitude for working with proprietary systems and image editing tools Degree level education and languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are preferred but are not pre-requisites
