Long Beach, California, Digital Marketing Manager
United Pacific Industries (UPI) is an industry leader in the big rig truck and classic hot-rod parts, and accessories market. We are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Manager with email marketing and CRM to help grow our e-commerce and online advertising efforts.
Main Job Duties:            
Email Marketing:

Build and manage an effective email marketing program. This includes, but is not limited to customer/list segmentation, lifecycle of email campaign, building automation programs, and creating/deploying emails to B2B and B2C channels.
Write influential marketing copy for newsletters, transactional, and automation-based triggered emails.

Grow customer email acquisition list through launching various sweepstakes and other experimental marketing initiatives.
Build reports and analyze data to inform current/future marketing campaigns for improvement to maximize sales.

A/B Testing on various email campaigns if necessary and ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
Improve conversion and CTR rates through email marketing

Develop workflows, template and monitor email marketing software (Mailchimp, Magento, Sana-commerce – is a plus)

CRM:

Build and manage data-driven, customer centric marketing for the B2B automotive dealers and B2C to drive repeat purchase, subscription, and website traffic.
Develop and execute on a customer journey plan that ensures maximum customer retention and generate ecommerce sales.
Advocates on behalf of the company & executive team to ensure the appropriate budget, develop CRM strategies, goals, and metrics into a CRM roadmap.
Use relevant CRM software to analyze data and produce, share and leverage relevant KPI reporting on a regular basis.

Digital Marketing:

Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales teams in planning seasonal, incentive, and overall marketing promotions.

Work closely with the Marketing Director to build and deliver on a lifecycle marketing and campaign plan that targets consumers at specific points.
Create and maintain lifecycle of marketing campaigns regularly for digital media channels including Google display ad and third-party media channels.
Develop and manage ecommerce affiliate program.
Requirements:

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 5 Years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with an emphasis in email marketing.
Proficient with working with CRM to determine customer demand to build marketing campaigns (CRM Platforms include but are not limited to: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 365, ZenDesk, etc.)
Collaborative team member who is coachable and open to learning new platforms as well as contributing ideas.
A curious mind with the willingness to continually explore new ideas and approach problem solving in a non-linear way.
Proficiency in Mailchimp or commonly used email marketing platforms
Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
Familiarity with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, Office, WordPress, eCommerce platform, SEM Rush and Microsoft Dynamic NAV
Minimum 2 years of automotive aftermarket experience is required
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
