Marketing Communications Manager
Responsible for managing the communications strategy through deployment of member engagement communications to support the Cost of Care and CMS Star initiatives. 
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: -Defines and establishes appropriate communication strategies and timelines to support Group Retiree Solutions (GRS) marketing efforts to drive more member engagement in programs that close care gaps, support Star measures and Cost of Care programs.    – Manages marketing communications, editorial calendars, identifies success measures, tracks and reports results.  – Analyzes results to continuously optimize and achieve/exceed pre-established goals.   – Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. – Creates and maintains departmental communication projects and materials, and assists in production and distribution.  – Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.  – Trains customer service, GRS operations and internal clients on policy changes through training materials, hands-on training and ongoing updates. 
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
– Experience in communications and marketing in a health care environment preferred. – Cost of Care and/or Wellness marketing experience preferred.
