Albuquerque, New Mexico, Position Summary: Oversees the coordination of communications and presentations as they relate to projects and initiatives for capital improvement projects, expansion and campus development.

Develops, writes, edits, and designs promotional materials in accordance with brand identity standards.

Participates in the establishment and support of key projects and initiatives; develops and coordinates a wide variety of marketing programs and activities.

Writes and/or edits marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and other documents; coordinated special marketing events.

Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures.

No patient care assignment.

Assists and coordinates the planning and implementation of various hospital-wide programs, special projects, and initiatives to include meetings, symposia, and special events; ensures alignment of organizational strategic planning efforts COMMUNICATIONS â.

Composes, designs, writes, edits and/or reviews communications for internals and/or external publication, to include presentations, articles, newsletters, speeches, marketing materials, web content, or other communications related content PUBLICATIONS â.

Assists in the development of and manages production and delivery of publications, including brochures, flyers, posters, booklets, and other marketing support materials; writes, designs and produces materials as required EVENTS â.

Assists in the development and implementation of a variety of special events and promotional activities MEETINGS â.

Attends communication, marketing, and social media committee meetings; ensures compliance with established brand identity standards; provides assistance in the development and implementation of high-profile communications programs with regard to key organizational initiatives COMMUNITY â.

May act as a representative at business and community meetings; and/or give presentations; may coordinate public outreach programs LIAISON â.

Assists in coordinating and facilitating collaborative efforts among internal and external staff PHOTOGRAPHY â.

May provide photographic services including documentation of special events DEVELOPMENT – Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, attending in-services, meetings and workshops Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline Experience Requirements: 1 year directly related experience Physical Demands Requirements: Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Working Conditions Requirements: No or min hazard, physical risk, office environment
