This position will be responsible for supporting Medicare Marketing’s workflow management system, and technologies that visualize the consumer journey.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

This position will plan, direct, and coordinate the Medicare Marketing department’s project workflow management and process improvement initiatives.
Evaluate and optimize the consumer journey, end to end by collaborating with Marketing, Member Services, and other outreach teams including delegated entities, IT, and Digital Marketing to map the consumer journey and ultimately enhance their experience.
Provides strategic counsel on workflow and digital best practices and tactics including common metadata and taxonomy structures that align with marketing objectives.
Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
Collaborates with designers and writers to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Coordinates across marketing teams supporting the Medicare consumer lifecycle.
Develop and publish dashboards, metrics, and KPIs.

BA/BS degree, 5 years of experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
1+ years of experience reporting and analytics
Experience with Workfront tool or similar project management workflow software.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple competing tasks with an ability to prioritize
Workfront system administration and/or implementation experience preferred
Medicare experience preferred
